Wow, Ray! This is a wonderful piece. So much depth and feeling. Makes you want to walk up the stairs and see what is around the corner. That is great composition!

Hey Ray, I hope your canyon time was enjoyable, sounds like it. Can't wait to see what might develop from your time there. I recently got out old slides of my canyon trip back in the .... dark ages, and keep thinking I need to use some of it. Maybe some day. Anyway, this piece of yours is coming along very well. I am excited to see you making use of more architectural devices as time passes and this particular image, composition, has all the bells and whistles as far as I am concerned, so far. I belive it is going to wind up being one of, if not 'the' favorite pieces of your work for me. Bravo! Maybe you have been listening to my endless chatter? :)

Congratulations on this highest of honours! Way to stick in there and continue trying. I guess if it was easy to do, it wouldn't be so highly regarded. Enjoy your time and have fun opening night. Well done, it is a very fine piece indeed!

After seeing 'and done' ... it is excellent. I personally see a 2011 entry for Birds in Art. I really am in awe of your work. Excellent!
